This year 2025 Xmas has been awful at tesco, such limited choice in Finest range, compared to previous year. Staff informed my husband NO STOCK on party foods ordered into store for customers this year, unbelievable!

Largest selection of produce of all the supermarkets—prove me wrong. Covers most of your bases for the basics. Prices on clothes are noticably not what they used to be, but who would they price-match on that? Very friendly and helpful staff. Not so many offers on the good single malts yet, I'd hold fire till the Christmas deals. (The Clubcard Jura isn't a bad offer though.)

Great Tesco We used it to buy a few things and use the toilets. It was all fine. A bit on the small side, but not problem for us, it still had all the items we wanted.

Pick up point not fit for purpose . Taxi pick point comical to . Normally vans delivering parked in taxi pick up point. If disabled you would be well advised to use another store .

Large free car park. Huge store containing groceries, foodstuff (some hot), bakery, pharmacy, opticians, barbers etc . Garage on site. Cheaper if you have a tesco club card.

Went to do a bit of shopping which was good and decided to have a coffee in the coffee shop which was also good the only problem here was there were cards on the counter with a qi code to scan so you could give a comment on the service unfortunately the code wouldn't scan. Then I needed to use the toilet now this is where things went down hill as I am registered disabled I went into the disabled toilet and not for the first time I was disappointed it was filthy there was water or something else allover the floor the toilet itself was dirty the toilet paper dispenser was broken it's been like this for several weeks and the toilet roll was laying sodden on the floor. Also my disability means I have a stoma this mean if I need to change my stoma bag I need to lay what I need to carry this out on a clean surface and this is impossible as there isn't even a hook to hang your coat or bag on a shelf would help a great deal with this also the sink is to small and when you turn the tap on it overflows soaking you down the front. All in all using the the disabled toilet in Tesco's Southport branch is not a pleasant experience.

I have tried 3 times to contact the Mobile Shop on 3 different days and times with no answer, some one could pick the phone up to acknowledge the call and at least ask the customer to ring back later or take their number. I think they have lost a good customer

It's been awhile. Many changes. One chap asked if we had seen the slipper section. I couldn't help him. I had to be directed to Ginger Root by a staff member. Prefer online shopping these days.

I do love a full service supermarket, which enables me to buy everything in one place at a reasonable price. Aldi and Lidl are great but the limited offering (and a problem with freshness lately) can be annoying. These huge Tesco provide it all plus ample parking. Cashiers are always friendly - must be due to their mature age - as against the dopes fulfilling the online orders, who wear Tshirts designating a 2m SD but fail to bother themselves.
