Iv started having my prescription delivered to the house due to repeatedly being asked if my name was Patricia or Patrick. This last week I had to go in and collect a script. Good job I checked because they had given me someone else's prescription. Really isn't good enough. Loads of staff I have never seen before. Iv just found out that someone has taken over the pharmacy. I for one will not be going back there.
We were only with this pharmacy for a short time, but the care and compassion we received meant so much to us. Liz, who prepares the blister packs, is truly a gem — her kindness, patience, and dedication went far beyond what we ever expected. She made a difficult time easier with her warmth and understanding. Today after using Lad chemist for 23 years I was spoken to by a member of staff very rudely. I was told that I had come in too early for my prescription. The prescription had been received that morning. Previously there had been no problem and I waited for it to be done. People came straight from the doctors and could get theirs done what is the difference?
Very friendly staff. Sometimes a little queue but worth the wait. Would recommend to all. Large stock of off the counter items also.

The best chemist in kingswinford...nothing is ever too much trouble, helpful friendly staff who will gladly offer advice. They also deliver and put together dosette boxes for a small charge.
Always very friendly when I go in, but the opening times are wrong meaning I've been twice to collect medication at 5.50pm yesterday and and 8.20am today, they do not open 5am - 6pm, somebody needs to update this. I got up early to make sure I had time to get to work and collect medication for no reason. Not a massive issue but an inconvenience for sure.
Have always used this chemist and supported my local chemist but not anymore. My family have all got covid and need some lateral flow tests. We are in our seventies and are self isolating so cannot go out and search for them. I rang Lads to see if they had any and could they deliver some if possible. They had some but would not deliver them telling me I had to get a code and get a neighbour or friend to take the code to them. I struggled to get a code. My friends and neighbours are all older than us and I couldn’t approach them as we are self isolating. So we are stuck without the tests. Not a very caring staff.
