    Had to call and chase prescriptions for my sons pain medication to be told they didnt know a script had been sent the first time and today to be told after i order the meds from the Gp, i then have to call the pharmacy to tell them ive ordered it as they dont get alerts to say prescriptions are waiting....... what kind of s show is happening here ?!!! Absolutely ridiculous response and when you say sumat its like the cats got the tounge .......

    Telephone calls are not answered ringing out constantly and trying to call for days, extremely stressful when you are an elderly, housebound customer! Will be changing pharmacy for sure!

    Absolutely useless.. Prescription never ready when say thy are.. AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.. IWAS I THERE ONEDAY AND THE PHONE WAS RING THREE STAFF AND NO ONE VOULD BE BOTHET TO ANSWER IT

    I work for a care company and have tried repeatedly over several days to contact this pharmacy in regards to medication for a service user and no answer, over 30 calls to there number with no reply DISGUSTING!

    Chemist doesn't answer the phone and had prescription on Thursday still hadn't done it tuesdaythe following week. Managed to get through on phone after 20th attempt to tell them my mother only has enough medication for the next went up to my mother's next day they still hadn't been delivered tried phoning again back to no answer so she hasn't got the medication for tomorrow terrible service

    keep giving out of date medication, medication missing and medication with very short date rude to point i lost my temper only giving one star due to unable to give none we will not be using this chemist again
