   Fantastic service, I would recommend to everyone! TV was fixed same day, as he had the LEDs in stock and he worked around our availability. Our TV had a severe blue hue and it was fixed for only £110! It was much more affordable than buying a new TV and he does part exchange if that works better for you. The site has a quote form, so you can find out how much it would cost to fix, easy peasy!

   We had a tv which had no signal and had a repair man out to it (not Andy). He seemed to fix it but it was as bad as ever the next day. He advised us to buy a new tv which we did - same problem! We called Andy and he came very promptly (we are 7 miles away in Prestwich and we thought his call-out fee very reasonable). He checked both tvs which were both fine. He told us it must be an aerial problem and recommended Middleton Aerials who also came promptly and fitted the new aerial which was all we needed. Andy is a star, top class customer service.

   Rang Andrew. Told him my problem. Arranged for him to have a look at it but asked me details of fault. He gave me clear instructions after I told him the problem. All sorted now thanks to him. HEwould not allow me to pay for his advice. He has saved me from buying a new tv.....which is what I was going to do. He is now in my contacts as I will not hesitate to use his business again.    I contacted Andrew regarding a fault on my television we arranged a time and date for me to bring the TV to him to have a look at the fault. He was friendly and very polite. He pretty much knew straight away that it was a manufacturer fault on the tv.and he done me a report to send back to my retailer to then in the end had to give me a partial refund. And all this is because of Andrew. I would deffo recommend Andrew Very polite and friendly and he knows his stuff. No messing about.

   We were very pleased with the repair that APTV carried out for us on our TV This week Andrew gave us a quote for the job and also told us how long it would take to do the work and he kept to that schedule we have known Andrew a couple of years now he has done a similar job on our daughter's TV and our neighbours daughters TV it was her who gave us Andrew number and both TV are working well,I would highly recommend APTV its hard to find a decent trustworthy honest repair engineer these days . yours Stan & Pargeter.
