   Can get busy. Only 4 stars because could do with a couple of barriers to outline where to queue. Customers just stand anywhere and you don't know who is queuing, who is just waiting for their prescription. Customers end up waiting and being ignored as nobody wants to be rude and push in but nobody can tell who is being served and who isn't. It would make the job of staff easier as they can actually tell when there is a customer and customers life easier as they can tell who is /isn't in the queue. Such an easy fix, please look into this. Regular at the pharmacy and the staff are lovely 10/10. Have been in when its really busy or they are overloaded with work and can sometimes come across as abrupt but never rude and I never take it personal as its easy to see they are rushed off their feet. Honestly you get it everywhere. When in customer service of any kind you can't be happy and chatty 100% of the time. I would definitely recommend this place. 100% recommend the pharmacist, he saved my husbands sight. Told him he had shingles spreading to his eye when we thought it was a bad reaction to something. Also told me not to put a certain cream on my eye as it was dangerous when dr okayed it. Other than the queuing problem, i would recommend this pharmacy 10/10.

   Went in with my mum to buy something that was behind the counter. It wasn't a controlled substance or anything like that. The lady serving us motioned to who I assume was the pharmacist to what seemed like if I was ok to sell to us. He looked my mum up and down, no questions or anything and walked off. Unfortunately I had to still make the purchase as the pharmacy we normally use was out of stock. The most rude experience I think I've ever had and certainly won't be using them again.

   I’ve used this place for many off years I order my meds over the phone when I went to collect meds they wast order this has happened twice now I went in today to collect my meds the younger man was looking for my meds after about 5 minutes off him looking for it he was holded by another employee lady with all tattoos over her that he had something by his nose and he was that busy and more interested in getting whatever is on his nose off when I asked if everything was okay as I have anxiety and I’ve had problems with this pharmacy before about them, not ordering my MEDS The pharmacy man with the moustache told me they are sorting my MEDS out now a customer was talking to me and the pharmacy man interrupted and said you walked. I was not having a conversation with him. I was having a conversation a privately conversation with a customer because I’m a customer. I got told to go and sit down when I cleared him by saying you don’t tell me to go and sit down. in that controlling manner he told me to get out of his pharmacy and never to return back. I really hope the owner is going to read this as I’ve put in a safeguarding referral against him and the lady with the tattoos as I’m a very vulnerable adult and I’ve also gone to the NHS to complain And I will also go to the board and to complain about this pharmacy and his controlling behaviour against me he laughed at me He told me to go somewhere else with my prescription and never to return back to the pharmacy ever again

   Not sure whats happened to the amazing pharmacist that worked here. But the store feels like its lost its soul. The girls are still amazing, but the pharmacist genuinely was the nicest, caring, non judgemental pharmacist i have ever met. I have been visting this chemist since before covid and as a full time carer, i have alot of down days. But when i used to walk into the chemist to get my weekly medication. I was always met with a smile and genuinely asked how i was. This meant a alot even on the darkest of days. Unfortunatly the community feel has now gone and there seems to be a different pharmacist every time i have been in. I hope this reaches the owners as i feel you have lose a huge asset to your business.

   This store has been my go to pharmacy for years and all the staff are lovely except for the member of staff I encountered today. I have been in to collect a prescription. After waiting afew minutes as no one was at the counter another customer comes in after me at which point a young girl with long brunette hair, who had met my gaze multiple times while I was stood waiting, quickly comes over completely ignoring me and greeting the person behind who she clearly knew and proceeded to help him. After helping him she again completely ignores myself and goes back behind the counter. After 10 minutes someone else comes to help. Another customer enters the shop and the young brunette then comes over to ask if I need help knowing full well she had ignored me for 10 minutesand had seen her colleague already help me and then proceeds to help the man behind. She needs to learn customer service from the rest of the staff as they are lovely and she is just plain rude.

   Absolutely appalling behaviour and attitude from members of staff including the pharmacy, trying to order father in laws prescription I asked about a medication that wasn't showing on his repeat to be told they can't tell me I used to work in a pharmacy and I was able to tell patients what medication they had been prescribed before,I then asked about a medication that had been changed and the prescription was sent to them as the pharmacist rang me to tell me this had happened and changed to then be told abruptly again I can't tell you this you have to go back through your doctors. I mean the staff must not communicate there, i would avoid this pharmacy at all costs as they are rude and very abrupt to then refuse to do a perscription as I was going to make a complaint! I will not be using this pharmacy again as that was like being blackmailed if I make a complaint about the attitude they will not be doing the prescription. Definitely not got good customer service there!
