Always nice and relaxing attending The Retreat. I don't go often as it's usually a pre-holiday body scrub to get my skin ready for a good tan. Staff are all excellent. I don't have a favourite and am always happy to be treated by any of the staff members who are available when I do my on-line booking

Have been coming to The Retreat regularly for years for all types of treatments and I’m always pleased with the results. I love all the girls who work at a there - so professional and friendly. It is always such a lovely atmosphere and I enjoy a good chat with them while having treatments.

I have visited the Retreat regularly for years. I have a monthly massage, and occasionally manicure and pedicure. All the beauty therapists are friendly and professional. The premises are clean and tidy, and I am always made to feel welcome. A very relaxing place to be!
My wife has had a variety of treatments over the past couple of months with Elise, she is very happy with all her treatments and customer service provided. Nice and clean salon with courteous staff.
I have been coming here for six years now on and off. I had a bad experience in the past with Kerry from her rudeness. However I went today back to her after a while and she was very rude again to me and left patchy waxing areas not done so I went back to her to ask her to do it. She was very rude and discriminated me for being childfree. This is not a way to treat paying clients. The owner needs to sort out Kerry's behaviour to clients. She refused to wax the areas left and I had paid in full. I have not had an issue with the other leagues there only Kerry. Childfree women actually spend quite a lot of money in beauty salons and discrimination towards childfree women is plain wrong. Kerry has really upset me by her rude behaviour to me twice now.
Such a lovely relaxing atmosphere. A little hidden gem in cheshunt! Been here twice now (for my 1st ever Brazilian and leg wax) and both times I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Such polite lovely girls working there and can’t wait for many more trips there! Thank you
