The assistant that served me was polite, professional and very informative...which all in all supported me in resolving an issue/ concern with a prescription which I could not obtain from my requested pharmacy.    Won't be using again, every time I've been the staff have been rude, grumpy and unhelpfu, the male pharmacist is definitely in the wrong job.......not caring in the slightest horrible man. One female member of asked if I couldn't read as I tried to open the wrong door....I can read I had my toddler in my arms and couldn't see. Never have much in stock and over priced compared to the other pharmacy in Bewdley. Avoid

   Ran out of painkillers NHS 111 arranged for Prescription to be put up at Bewdley on a Saturday morning. People at the chemists useless. The prescription was there as arranged the useless staff were belligerent, arrogant and refered to it as a referal. Would not issue the tablets told to wait till next Monday. The tablets were there ready for collection with a date and time on the box. I complained to the pharmacist who said he would look into it and pho e me back. Nothing. What a sham.

   Were amazing in supplying me an emergency inhaler whilst I was away from home. Followed their process of contacting my doctor back home to send an electronic prescription, however they didn’t want to do that. Returned to the pharmacy to explain and after taking my details and looking at my history I was provided with one for my usual prescription cost. Pretty much saved me time away and very grateful.
