   Under new ownership. Took my laptop there with issues on my windows 11 update and I could not use my laptop at all, Faisan was very knowledgeable and extremely fast at fixing the problem, it was solved in an hour with full clean and service, full aftercare advice, knows his way around all electrical items, great prices, definatly recommended. Also sells vapes and e liquids.

   My son had 3 playstation 5 controlers all were broken with various issues. Faz got one working straight away to keep my son happy . However it seems the other 2 had more complex issues. But we stayed in touch via whatsapp and I could show Faz videos of what was happening on screen with the other 2 as they still wouldn't work despite Faz trying different ways to fix them over a few weeks, one thing would be fixed then something else would start playing up. As to not let my son down he delivered a brand new boxed controller to our home today so he can play 2 player games with his friends over the festive holidays. Which is above and beyond. Thankyou Faz x

   Fantastic Mr Hassan is really helpful and has always found a solution to my IT issues. I run a small business and just recently we have had faults on two of our Dell XPS13 laptops. Both are fully functional again thanks to Microtech PC It is really great to have such a great business in Romiley

   I paid £9 for a screen protector, which I know is way over priced, but wasn’t bothered as I was supporting a local business. However, it cracked a little bit in the corner after a day of it being on. I took it back to the shop expecting that it would just be replaced free of charge given they’re worth about 50p. But he wanted me to pay another £9 for it, saying I must of broken it. I wouldn’t take something back to a shop to replace if I’d broken it, I would of just bought one online. It was the principle of paying way over price for something, that broke within less than 24 hours. I’ve checked online how much they are, they are literally 50p. So I’d never shop here again, it appears he’s nice with everyone until something goes wrong so I’d be very careful when getting a repair or purchasing something more expensive from him as if you have any issues he won’t take any responsibility. Also make sure you ask for a receipt as he never gave me a receipt.

   Please do not use micro tech in Romiley. I had a phone screen repaired and he wouldn't fix it under warranty after a month when it stopped working. Claimed he only offers 2 weeks on repairs. And he wouldn't be able to get a refund from his supplier. He would however charge me another £100 to fix it again? After he started to turn nasty, I realised he probably didn't give a hoot about Customers. How on earth he's still trading is beyond me. Absolutely shocking service, and totally against consumer law. I wish I'd read the Google reviews first. Most appear in my view, to be non genuine.
