Shocking customer service Cancel appointment on the day Waiting for 3 weeks for the repair only for them to cancel again...
I used MJL Refridgeration today as my fridge freezer developed a fault. Mike came the same day and quickly diagnosed the faults. He had the replacement parts with him and repaired the fridge freezer very competently. Mike was very pleasant and the cost of repairs was very reasonable. I fully recommend this company to anyone having fridge freezer issues and will definitely be using them again in the future.
Filled in their online contact form but wasn’t expecting a call back so close to Xmas. Angela phoned the next morning and offered an engineer to call out that afternoon. Mike arrived, diagnosed the problem with my fridge in 5 mins and had it fixed in another 10 mins. Both Angela and Mike where a pleasure to deal with and as others have said, I have no problem in recommending them. Will definitely be using them again going forward.

Brilliant service! My fridge wasn't working this morning so I phoned around and found M J L Refrigeration. Really polite on the phone and arranged for someone to come out the same day. Mike came on time, had the fridge fixed in no time and what a nice guy he was. Would definitely recommend.
We had a problem with our fairly new fridge no longer under warranty and this company came and located the problem on the first visit, ordered the part and completed what was to be done. Very friendly on the phone and call back when needed. The total cost was worth the labour materials and much cheaper then a new fridge. Thank you
