I’ve used SJ Burns on 2 occasions now. 1 to fix my oven in Christmas Eve (phew) and the other to fix my microwave. Friendly, efficient and well organised. Great company!
I have had two experiences through two different routes , one of which recently was through domestic and general. I was very disappointed on both occasions, nothing gets fixed. The engineer most recently did the bare minimum to close the job (not fix simply close), leaving our washing machine in exactly the state of disrepair. There is no customer service at all at sj burns, they just push you back to domestic and general and a 1 hour hold on the phone. Don't use unless you want your repair to he a 10mweek saga.
Really quick to attend and identify problem, temporary part fitted and a second visit a few days later installed the correct part. Very good customer service from the admin office and engineer.
The guy was friendly, sadly he couldn't repair my oven because the part needed has been discontinued even though my oven is only 5 years old.
