These guys are selling heavy damaged and poorly repaired vehicles on ebay!! Please avoid. They are selling a G63 Amg on ebay and I have attached pictures of the serious damage!
BUYER BEWARE - Re. Car Sales: Pre-sale: Good Post-sale: Appalling... (READ THE REVIEWS BELOW!) Once you buy a vehicle from Matt Griffiths (Director of Innovate Arc... who sells vehicles on eBay as 'innova-89', and co-owner of Innovation Accident Repair Center with Chris O'Connor) you are on your own. This is not a professional company... and Matt is not a straight forward chap, although he comes across as that in the pre-sales discussions. Problems include: 1) Failed to change oil and filter, 'as was promised' during purchase. 2) When Matt was notified within a few days of collecting vehicle, he pretended he was ill (even though he was well enough to list new vehicles on eBay the same day) and asked if I could contact him after the weekend. But then failed to call me back or respond to any further messages or calls (as others also report, previously). He also failed to engage regarding my subsequent request for £200 refund to cover a basic service (which is less than I can find any garage to do it at). 3) Matt also failed to respond to subsequent messages , when a few issues were identified with the vehicle, within the 3 months warranty period. 4) 6 weeks later, no new V5 arrived, so Matt failed to notify DVLA of the sale. 5) Before purchasing, I asked if it had one key because it was stolen/recovered? Matt said 'no' and advised that they sell many non-stolen vehicles with only 1 key. But since then I've discovered vehicle was stolen, although not damaged and not registered as stolen. 6) Pre-sale Matt advised, "he owns a Service Garage that specialises in servicing mostly fleet vehicles". But it's called Innovation Accident Repair Center (hence 'Innovate Arc')... (run by Chris O'Connor and his brother Callan Griffiths) and they actually repair damaged vehicles which Matt evidently sells on. There are no contact details for Innovate Arc. The only contact is via Matt and his mobile (or eBay accounts 'innova-89')... which he refuses to answer once the sale is complete. 6) No written warranty other than a '3 months warranty' written on the sales invoice. This is not underwritten. And given the abject and total failure to engage post sale... and the evident lack of honesty and professional conduct... is obviously not worth the paper it's written on. Note: The eBay account 'innova-89' only uses Classified Adverts... so it cannot receive reviews for items sold. The reason all the ratings are positive is because they are for items matt has bought. Hence reason I have left a review here... for the car repair business (owned by Matt)... as it's all part of the same set up.
I am a recent buyer from this company and wish I had read reviews ! I brought vehicle 3 weeks ago and it had an issue and needs repairing I got worried when matthew would not answer my calls and only answered when I called from another phone now I have a huge repair and he won't get back to me I will now get legal on it
Had my car in through insurance (non fault claim). The team did an amazing job. Car looks as good as new. Great work. Thank you
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ABSOLUTELY FRAUD!!!! I bought a van off MATT GRIFFITHS in December and I have had nothing but problems with the van and him. The Gearbox is fully broke & the steering is faulty. He's had the van back for 12 weeks (to fix it) and keeps telling me they don't have time to do it. He's ignores or calls and blocks any number when you ring him. So I'm currently thousands out of pocket and I don't have a Van either. I've had to spend around 2 grand on hire vans while he's had my Van as he refuses to give my money back or let me have one of the other dodgy vans he's selling as a courtesy vehicle! I have never come across such an unprofessional business and conman. He's selling these vans under different names on Facebook/ebay. One name is 'CALLAN GRIFFITHS' and the eBay name is 'innova-89' Avoid anything to do with a van at innovation arc or any vehicles at his farm. This is just a snippet, I could write about the absolute nightmare I've had with them all day!!
Had my Mercedes v250 in there yesterday 28/12/2022. Super fast service as my electric door motor was broke they did there homework on how to fix it as not a common repairs beforehand dropped off at 8-30am and was ready , fixed and car vaulted by 12 fantastic service and will be using again when needed
