   From my initial contact with Pipeline Services until the successful completion of our new water pipeline I experienced a first class and professional service. The major disruption I anticipated was dispelled during the initial survey by a very understanding and competent team. Installation was completed in a day with hardly any indication that they had even been there. I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone and in particular those intending to replace a lead pipe through the pipe replacement scheme.

   I'm so pleased that I found Pipeline Services to replace my old copper water supply pipe that kept on getting small leaks. It was a bigger job than first thought, as not only did they have to mole 20 meters down my drive, they also had to dig some some of the concrete garage floor. They have left everything nice and tidy as well. Big thank you to Victoria in the office who was able to be flexible with our appointments to coincide with the water board coming to move our water meter, and thank you to Michael and Lee who carried out the work. Really great team.

   Cannot recommend this company highly enough! It was predominantly the excellent reviews that led me to choosing them in the first place and I'm glad I did. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, efficient and helpful. Especially Victoria, and the engineer, Jake, who carried out the work in pretty awful weather! Everything reinstated as was following the pipe installation and left clean and tidy. Great service from a great company at a reasonable price. Very happy!

   Needed to upgrade my mains water supply lead pipes to new modern pipes due to narrowing and obviously getting rid of the old lead water pipes, contacted Pipeline Services and from the beginning right to completion of the job, it was a very pleasant experience. Craig right from the first contact professionally talked me through the process and even when the first appointment was missed professionally re-booked another day and I really felt comfortable with the level of their service and price. The engineers came attended site did a thorough and professional job, that the next day you could hardly tell such pipe laying job, was carried out the day before on the site. Pleasant set of engineers (Big Up Big Teddy) and nothing was out of place. I would certainly recommend PLS and would return to use their service if there are any future needs. Thanks Guys.

   Absolutely amazing service from Craig from Pipeline. We had a burst pipe, not due to them, and because they replaced our lead pipe I called them for help. Craig went out of his way, after hours, to ensure we were OK. Absolutely top notch service. Cannot recommend them enough!!

   So impressed with this company, especially Richard in drainage department. I called very stressed due a leak where rainwater was coming into our basement through a cracked pipe. Richard offered to look at a video (which at the time of the read stamp, the message was done in his own time!) and took a good amount of time to explain the potential issues and then suggested ways the company could use to identify the root cause to find the best solution. It had been aware that it was clearly a more serious issue than just a cracked pipe as we flood when it rains, but I had no clue. It was therefore reassuring to speak to someone patient and knowledgeable who was willing to go through it with me. Investigation and repair still to be undertaken but I was keen to feedback on how helpful the initial stage was. Thanks Richard for your help and explanations!

   Pipeline Services did the excavations and installations plus connections on our lead replacement water pipe. They attended promptly, on time, were polite and tidy and kept us informed throughout unlike the council and water board that let us down on several occasions. If only all companies were run like this, life would be so much easier! Highly recommend.
