   Recently had my BMW 320 Deisel in for repair following someone rear ending it. The staff were really helpful, 1st class service from start to finish. I was consistently updated by Morgan and Kate regarding the progress on my car. They couldn’t do enough for me. I got the car back and I’m over the moon with the work they carried out.    *Highly recommended* It is an excellent service provided by Inchcape body Accident Repair Centre Manchester. Great communication via Clare, informative, clear and up to date. Dave was reassuring with sympathy, and provided a quick quote, and ordered the parts efficiently. Eddie and Steve are both professional and polite. They picked up my sad car, and returned the car almost looks like when it was first bought. An impressive transformation. They presented themselves as a great team.    I have been entirely impressed with the service I received from Inchcape Accident Repair Centre. It seems to be an all too rare example of a firm with excellent standards of communication, who was easy to contact. Inchcape was also punctilious about keeping me informed of progress at each stage of the work. The firm even picked up my car from my house for its repair job, and delivered it back to me, keeping exactly to the time stated on each occasion. This was much appreciated, as was the fact that I was confident in knowing that 'follow up' telephone communications would happen exactly as and when arranged. I can't praise Inchcape highly enough.

   I chose this repair service as my bought new VW Passat from Inchape VW on green lane and they sent me there when someone hit my parked car and ran. I had number of issues with them and most of them remained undressed though there was plenty of lip service. Before the car was handed back to me I asked the to return all parts that have been changed. Customer service refused by saying that those parts belong to insurance company and not me. When I enquired from insurance they replied the are yours and as garage was chosen by me for repairs so they cannot write to the unless the ask. I went back and they simply refused as repeated the same lines. The paint job was reasonable but cleaning up the residue was left for me. When I sent them the photos of paint residue in Engine bay and places where there should have been no paint they asked me to bring the car to them and leave it with the for a day or two so they can clear it up. I told them I am busy working person and they told me to bring car to the when I am free. A week later when I had carwash I noticed steam built up in my day running lights. I rang the again and they said they did not change them. They told me they will go back to insurance and ask them for permission to change the lights. For that I have to leave the car with the for a day or two once they get permission. I thought that I have left the car with them for well over two weeks and they couldn't do a job properly. Is it wise to waste more time with them? From my experience I can say following things. Work finish substandard. Poor evaluation of job. Inconsiderate about customer time. Questions what they with the parts. I heard rumours. Also very expensive and not a good value for money. There are good garages in Manchester who can do quality job with less bill and short span of time so I will not recommend anyone to go to the.
