Discovered BTM from my Mechanical garage who do minor electrics but send their customers vehicles to BTM when they cannot solve the problem. They said to me these guys have NEVER FAILED to solve and repair the problem.
My car had several days of having a flat battery even after RAC replaced the battery and alternator and then told me the battery wasn't covered under a guarantee since it had depleted fully (only weeks old), so I contacted Brian and had a great experience with B T M, they solved the issue quickly and advised me what the issue was - and at a fair price! PLEASE READ! Long overdue this review but better later than never. So, went here few weeks ago as my windows stopped working. Long story short, couple of hours after I dropped my car off I asked the chap for an update. He replied back with “£45 for diagnosis only” i then asked if its fully fixed and he replied back with “Yes”… Went to collect my car later on and he said the windows have STOPPED working again!! Paid the money and asked him txt me a short description on what needs doing and he said he will. Had to chase him up for 4 days straight for it and he sent me a one liner. After I told him I feel like he robbed came out with “By the way I charge £75 an hour”. Would not recommend for electrical issues.
I recently had some work done on my honda civic, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The work performed was top-notch. Guys were very helpful and went above & beyond to fix the problem, I highly recommend!!! Thank you for a job well done :)
Fantastic service from these guys. Fitted me in without an appointment and pin pointed my problem on my Qashqai and did the repair work very speedily. Their costs are extremely reasonable also. Thank you again and I will be back for any auto electric repairs I might need in the future.
I called to see y me car didn't open or shut with the electronic key. I thort it was the car Brian was helpful and onist and pointed me in the right direction to keyfax and it was the battery in my key. my car is now working perfectly cheers Brian .
Amazing electrical garage. Brought my van in to install a tracker which cuts off power with an app and could not be happier with the service. The tracker and stopping function work seamlessly and the service was outstanding. Went above and beyond. Will definitely use again.

I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to fit me in at short notice. My car’s stop start, power steering and hands free system were not working how they should. Straight away it was suggested that a new battery was needed and the diagnostics re setting. This was sorted quickly and the problems haven’t re occurred. I would definitely recommend them and use them again without a doubt. Cheers lads!!
