Fixed my DVD remote and dodgy hifi cd drawer open/close problem. Highly skilled, superfast. Remarkably reasonable prices. Friendly service. What else is there to say? I wish I could give them 5 and a half stars!
I had a great experience with Friendly TV Services. My Samsung TV had a fault and after contacting quite a few TV repair shops in the area, I was told by all of them that it was either unrepairable or would need a full screen replacement, which would have cost more than half the price of a new TV. On top of that, they all wanted to charge an inspection fee. Paul from Friendly TV Services was completely different. He inspected the TV free of charge and managed to repair it without replacing any parts, saving me a lot of money. The service was honest, professional and refreshing compared to others I contacted. I’d definitely use Friendly TV Services again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone needing a TV repair.
Although I ultimately did not proceed with the repair, I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by this company. Just had my Panasonic TV fixed by Paul, cannot fault the service. Quick turnaround, went above and beyond by staying open until 5.30pm on a Friday (bank holiday weekend) when supposed to close at 5pm just so I could get my tv back for the weekend. He also found a accessory for the tv which he threw in at no extra charge. Friendly by name, definitely does what it says on the tin. Thanks
Just had my LG repaired here after the back-light failed. Super professional and as the name suggests, super friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend this shop. Much better than spending hundreds of pounds on a replacement TV. Great that shops like this still exist in the throwaway culture that we live in today.
Fantastic service. Managed to fix my Samsung TV when most other places refused to even look at it. These guys had it working like new after I left it with them for a couple of days. Will definitely use again.
My SusieQ radio stopped working and I took it to Paul's shop on the off chance he could fix it. He rung me a couple of days later to confirm he had completed the repair.
