It was good experience. My laptop keyboard was not working properly so, he ordered the keyboard from eBay and took 40£ for repairing it. It's been a month now and my laptop is working perfectly
After years of good service these guys really tripped up over their wires this time...You'd think that the ''technician'' would have spotted that I have two hard drives installed into my laptop (an internal one and an external one) when he was trying to wipe my laptop clean of all its data. Yet, after wiping my laptop clean, he (the man with the glasses) installed the operating system on to the external hard drive, not the internal one. And, as a result of his foolish error the speed of my Acer had really slowed down! This resulted in me taking my acer back to the ''technician'' for him to fix an issue which he caused in the first place!..It was only when my CFS condition had died down (I could only then think more clearly) I had realised what this crook had done...As you can guess his error is not something any of the team are willing to admit to (not even his boss) And. Yes. I was charged to fix the issue. I guess these guys aren't as ''Trust''-worthy as I first thought. I'll be sure to take my custom elsewhere in the future.

Sent my Xbox to be fixed last month. Came back fine and then a month later the same issue. Sent to be repaired elsewhere and they have seen that there has been unfixable damage caused by their 'repairs'. I am now having to purchase a new Xbox
Excellent service. Got my laptop repaired same day, they even worked well passed closing time to provide me with same day service. Absolutely brilliant.
Very helpful and quick fix. Windows crashed on Sony Vaio and had data showing of 390gb took it Trust Computers. Lad call Ali was really helpful and did recovery in 3/4 hours. Collected same day for a fraction of price I would've paid if it had been high end repairers. Would definitely recommend.
