    Poor English and lack of customer service skills, point blanc rude. Refused to take parcel whilst registered as a drop off point. Says I decide when and what to take. Could have declined politely and just explained why and I would have accepted it. But this guy just starts shouting and arguing without even making himself clear. Avoid shopping there. Didn't even feel safe in this place.
