Booked my c class in for a b service with brake fluid change dropped it off at 9.00am and no way off getting back home has was a 2 hour drive back told them no rush will spend the day in Poynton which is only 15 minutes walk had a coffee and they rang me at 11.30 all done fantastic guys and service would highly recommend. Normally I take my Mercedes Benz to the Mercedes Benz dealers in Blackburn. But when I received a quote for a B service 3 weeks ago. I couldn't believe it, £820.99 pounds for a B service. I decided to check in my local Cheshire area. A friend of mine told me of a Mercedes Benz Specialist dealers in Adlington, Macclesfield, Cheshire. Called Nick Webster. At 08.30am on Monday 28 October 2024, I dropped my car off at this garage for the 1st time. 45 minutes later, after some diagnosis checks carried out on my car. I received a telephone call from Chris. He informed me, my brake fluid was due to be changed. I told him to replace my brake fluid. Wow the cost at the main dealers is £130.00 pounds, half the price at Nick Webster’s Garage. After 2 hours I received a phone call, my car was ready for collection. Wow the work was carried out and done very quickly and at a decent price. Really friendly, professional and very helpful team with great customer service skills. With a workforce of over 28,000 people. I will definitely recommend any Mercedes owners, to Nick Webster garage. A ‘B’service at Mercedes Benz dealers is £820.99 pounds. I had taken the car to other places to try and get to the bottom of my E class running in limp mode but to no avail. . The team at Webster not only diagnosed the problem quickly but got the part and fitted the following day. The car now runs like a dream. Big thanks to the team.
Took my car to another specialist closer to me, they damaged my car and denied it. I rang around and found this place. They fitted what was needed and gave me some advice in half an hour. I will not go anywhere else now with my E Class Coupé. Honesty and integrity is quite rare nowadays, which these guys have in abundance. The only down side is i can't give them MORE stars on their review. Absolutely top notch.
I took my SLK 200 for a SRS diagnostic and the guys sorted the fault within 2 minutes. They also inspected my car and told me about the new subframe and brake pads. They even T-cut a car door mark out for me on the passenger side. Never charged me and definitely went the extra mile. I'll be using them for my services going forward. Five star service!
