   Washing machine (Samsung smart washer) packed in on Thursday saying drain filter needed cleaning. No amount of filter cleaning did anything. Called these guys Thursday night, just before they closed, got a booking for between 9am and 1pm next say (told me they only offer large time window slots as engineers don't know how long previous jobs will take; fair enough). Operator arrived around 1130, quickly sussed the issue. Drained the machine, replaced faulty pump unit, had the machine back working. Cost me £96, of which £45 was the baseline callout fee. Engineer was friendly, personable and very efficient. Was on site maybe 40 mins, give or take. Can't fault any of it. No idea if anywhere else would have been cheaper as these were literally the first I landed on. I'm happy with £96 to have the washer back in operation, especially in this weather.
