   Avoid. I ordered a charger for 83.99£. after couple days I asked when will I receive it and they replied they do not have it in stock and will need to wait 2-3weeks. After a week I got charger from somewhere else and I asked these guys to refund me. And they said okay... I'm waiting for my refund over 1 month and all I get from them is excuses that they're system having problems ... That they waiting approval from their bank and so on.

   Regret ordering from this company. Ordered Absorber bags for freezer on 28 June, paid full amount. Heard nothing by 9 July (had expected delivery within 5 working days). They replied to say item was in stock, delivery expected 2-3 days after 12 July, if I still wanted to go ahead with order. I replied to say, yes, if it can be despatched soon. Still not received by 16 July, asked for refund. On 18 July, agreed to process refund. Still not received by 4 August.

   I was pretty sceptical after reading some bad reviews but although they'd had trouble sending out to gmail they replied to me personally, gave me the tracking number and the part arrived, the right part, and in perfect condition with all wires attached. I couldn't help wonder whether "being polite" was what was missing from some of those reviews!

   Overall super happy with my purchase and the shipping/communication. Ordered a Dyson body which came as descripted. Shipping was recieved within the promised time of 5-10 business days and came with regular updates including tracking. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I ordered the product because it said ships withing 24hrs but I waited a week before item shipped without any updates.

   I honestly would not waste your time they will never answer the phone or will they never ring you back I purchased an alternative motor from there advise which is wrong but they do stock the one I actually need so they clearly don't know what there selling I run my own business and buy 20-30 of these motors every year and never have I had such a bad experience this has actually cost me more than if I had bought one from main dealer you have my contact details I've left numerous voicemails are you incapable of making a phone call and for a reply within 10 minutes is a lie first response was 24 hours later and only once I opened a paypal case then you replied within 10 minutes funny that the item I received is the item I purchased. From the advise of your staff as a direct replacement for a 1500w ametek which it is not even the description of the ametek on your own website states there is a flange that can be cut off where this one doesn't
