   Just had Simon to repair my washing machine what an amazing gentleman, he was punctual ,knowledgeable and even able to perform keyhole surgery on my washing machine through a wire being stuck !!!!    After waiting over 2 weeks for a service plan provider to get a basic part fitted for our American Fridge/Freezer I contacted S D Electrical to see if they could help. Appointment booked for 48 hours later, Simon arrived at the time agreed with the part and all sorted within 40 minutes. Can't recommend highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

   Brilliant fast and efficient service. Rang Simon on Friday afternoon about a faulty Haier washing machine. He came Saturday morning and repaired it. Also advised us about our condenser drier filter and showed us how to clear it(had it over a year and had no idea!). We highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

   Simon was able to attend the next day and promptly fixed the washing machine. Simon then ensured the problem was fixed by allowing the machine to fill and drain again before he left. Cost of labour seemed very reasonable, too! Simon was also very tidy and no mess was left behind. Would definitely use again in the future, thank you.

   I called them this morning as my washing machine was on the blink. Simon got back to me very quickly and asked me a few questions after which he offered some advice to try and self serve which actually did the trick and we got it working !! Whilst he could have taken the opportunity to come and fix the washing machine in 10 minutes and make some money, he was selfless and just offered his expertise, which not only fixed my machine but saved me some money!! That’s a special kind of customer service, one we don’t see often!! Thank you Simon.

   There's only one word to describe Simon's service and that is excellent! Our 17 year old Siemens washing machine developed a fault and I was quite expecting Simon to say that it was too old to be repaired. No such thing! He said it was built like a tank and probably last another 10 years. There was no song and dance, no intake of breath, Simon just got on with the job with no fuss. He was polite, courteous, honest and reasonably priced. I have no hesitation recommending Simon.
