He gave me a competitive price including delivery, fitment and removing my old machine which was £100 cheaper than the large electrical retailers. He arrived on time and did a professional fitment. He removed all the packaging and showed me how to validate my 5 year guarantee.

   Jon recently came out to a 9 year old hotpoint washer and although he could have charged us for a replacement, advised us to speak to hotpoint as our washer was a fire risk. Thanks to Jon we got a free washing machine through hotpoint. Anybody else may have instead sold us a new machine. Jon's call-out fee was very reasonable. Will use again if needed.
