   Me and my partner visited the store on bank holiday Monday. We had a really pleasant experience and ended up purchasing a new carpet. The staff were not pushy at all and despite us been very indecisive we were left to look around. The gentleman who served us was also very helpful when it came to payment options.    I bought a carpet at the beginning of COVID but what with one thing or another never got round to picking it up. I called into the shop recently after I’d found the receipt for the carpet. Although it was 6 six years ago, after a little talking with head office Derek and his team sorted it out and gave me a new carpet to the full value. The carpet was delivered and fitted within a week. All the staff were real helpful and supportive and I will definitely be using them for my next carpets. Thank you

   Very disappointed with their service.They have arranged a fitter who is utter flop.He don't know how to do flooring properly.floorig done is not even sticking.Removed all house ceiling and parts of kitchen cupboards as well for flooring but they haven't fix it back.Very bad service.Dont recommend united carpets to anyone.

   I visited the store yesterday to choose a new mattress for my Grandad and we were welcomed into the store by very friendly staff and shown where the mattresses were displayed. The staff came to check we were ok and helped us choose the right mattress. It was really easy to order and arrange delivery and we will use United again in the future.

   Excellent service from walking in in Saturday afternoon, not being harassed by sales staff but when we were ready after looking at various carpets was approached by a vet friendly sales advisor who knew exactly what we needed. Delivery was arranged for this morning , Monday less than 48 hours of buying the carpet for our bedroom. At just after half past 9 , I received a phone call from the fitter, who walked in our house 5 minutes later. Less than an hour later onhe was finished and we have a fabulous carpet
