   Brilliant! I had an issue with the jack socket on my mobile (the sound no longer worked through my headphones and the connection loose), I thought I would have to have a new port put in but only needed a clean and the metal wire pin inside adjusted and put in place. Job done in about 5 minutes. Very reasonable price, a lot less painful than I was worrying about! Highly recommend!

   A wonderful shop and so so helpful, we have been going for years with many minor repair requests & they always deliver, they have even carried out a minor repair to my Garmin watch charger lead. They are so reasonable with their fees for repairs and prices in store are very competitive.. Excellent service

   Phone turned off 4 tiles after new screen fitted with screen protector, after turning off for the 5th time the manager tried to tell me I needed to pay for a new screen again as it was smashed and it wasn’t we took it to another store and were told it was a faulty screen that had been fitted and wasn’t put together correctly. After having a conversation with a few people I have found that we are not the first people he has done this to. Paying £90 for a screen and it turning off every other week I would avoid this store. Tried to tell me the screen was smashed the screen was perfect still not smashed not dropped not a mark on it. Once he has your money he won’t fix anything that he is at fault for (see his other reviews)

   I always take my Aunt's watches to MM. I also took her watch strap to be altered as she could fasten it. The gentlemen who fixed it didn't charge her and he is a very honest, polite and friendly man. Sorry I didn't take his name but he is the only one I've seen in the back always fixing things. Nice to know you can rely on some people and it puts your faith back in humanity. Many thanks!

   Mike the owner is a great guy and provides a fantastic and cost effective service. He fixed an iphone screen for me in 30 minutes and also managed to fix an ipad which had the charging cable snapped off inside the charging port. He keeps you up to date with progress and has a proper workshop facility at the back of the store where your devices are worked on and kept dust free. Apple charging cables a plenty and a good price, would highly recommend.
