My first visit to TLC and I was really impressed with the service and my gel nails. Let down by my normal nail salon and decided to give them a try instead . So glad I did now will definitely be going back ! Thank you ever so much . Christine CSM .
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this nail shop. The acrylics I paid for didn’t even last two weeks — they were clearly the result of a rushed, careless job. For the price I paid, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. Even worse was the unprofessional atmosphere. The staff repeatedly spoke among themselves and laughed in a way that made customers feel mocked and uncomfortable. It’s not the language that’s the issue — it’s the disrespect. I’m a foreigner myself and I speak my own language with my daughter, but doing so in a way that makes customers feel targeted or talked about is unprofessional and rude. Overall, terrible service, poor work, and an environment that shows little respect for customers. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place.
Really bad experience at this salon. Got my nails done by Harry and he was very short with me. I got biab extensions taken off and wanted to keep my short nails to grow them out. I understand that they didn't have the colours I was looking for, but the finish on what he did was nothing like the inspo pictures I had. He didn't even add the design I wanted. One of the paint colours were very thin and he didn't listen to me when I asked for another layer, resulting in two nails that should be the same colour being completely different. He rushed things and was sarcastic asking if I was finally happy and I just didn't want to even be there anymore. There was even a bubble left in one of the nails I got done. Very bad energy and has definitely ruined my day and my nails for however long I have to keep these on. I won't be going back there.
Literally not long got back from TLC. Really friendly staff, nice people. I was seen quickly and I love the outcome of my nails. Had Lin do my nails and she was absolutely fantastic and so lovely. First time ever going to this salon and it won't be the last. Very reasonably priced, £27 for gel infills. They also were very good with my baby when he started fussing, I didn't feel on edge like my son was a burden in the shop. Really happy with them ♥️

Great Staff and Service! I love my lashes and they last much longer than previous services I’ve used. My appointments have always started on time, haven’t got a bad word to say.
I came in to do my nails this week at this place. I did not have a great experience here. The lady doing my nails kept sneezing and having sinus issues but continued touching my hands without using sanitiser. I did not have a Good experience and She wasn’t polite and seemed frustrated as if she needed to rush off and be somewhere else. She made no conversation with me but mocked me with a colleague every time I spoke. The colleague sitting next to her was also rude. It was assumed that I didn’t understand their language but I did. It’s important to make customers feel welcomed. However you won’t get that here. So don’t bother. It makes me wonder about some of the 5 star reviews posted. The only people that were pleasant was Tina and Lily- and they did not even work on my nails. This was from my observing their interactions with other clients. My nails didn’t impress me either. The lady that did my nails didn’t even bother checking if I was satisfied or not. She just hurried left. If you’ve got places to go to then don’t agree to do the clients nails and waste their hard earned money. Certainly won’t be going back and will not be recommending this place to my friends or family.
I have had my nails done for years. I can Honestly say that this is the best service and final product that I have ever had. My lady is amazing. She always listens to my request and give me advice on designs and colour combinations. Very happy. Wish I had gone there sooner. My nails always last over 4 weeks . They very rarely snap. If they do TLC are quick to rectify. Fantastic !
I am a regular customer at TLC for my nails and always come away very happy with the quality and service. I usually have SNS but today I was introduced to builder gel and I love it. Feels much lighter and thinner whilst giving my nails just as much strength. The nail technician took the time to explain how it works and did an absolutely amazing job. I am so happy with how my nails look. Customer service is always fantastic at TLC, all of the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend them and the new builder gel for anyone looking to get their nails done.
