   Waited 10 days with Evri they still didn't receive it. I rang the shop up they didn't answer, 1 minute after they returned my call which was appreciated as i didnt have to chase. and i expressed my issues and the situation the manager of the shop took action and re sent my order out by DPD next day delivery. I was very reluctant that I'd receive it as I read the appalling reviews but I took his word and the following morning I received my order as promised in excellent condition. So thank you very much for dealing with my issue so quickly and promptly. Amber

   Ordered a relatively simple and small order over 2 weeks ago, and still no sign of it. Customer service keep promising, but nothing happens. No compensation, and they refuse to cancel the order and refund. Will never use this store again. UPDATE: Order arrived today. An empty box with two bits to newspaper in it. Please please please avoid this absolute shambles of a business.

   THE WORST EXPERIENCE - AVOID I order 26 items on 12/5/2024 with a 48hr delivery. After 4 days I emailed, no response, after another 2 days I used their online chat and was told they were busy. On 22/5/2024 I got a shipping confirmation with Evri. Still no package. In total I sent 15 messages over there online chat. I was offered a refund, which never was issued and the I was told my package was coming. Today on 3/6/2024 I received a package. 4 of my 26 items and a random magazine!! Absolutely horrendous service! Clearly a little corner shop trying to make it big online and can’t cope. If I ran my driving school this badly I’d have no pupils. Avoid this company at all costs.

   Ordered 2 bottles of prime for my son who collects them. Both came bubble wrapped in an undamaged box and one bottle contained multiple dents. The box being in fine condition tells me it was dented when it was packaged. Wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for a collection (and a gift). I emailed orders at greens essentials 3 weeks ago. I received one response asking for a pic of the box it came in. I explained I had already disposed of it (not knowing I would require it later), and I've not heard back since. I emailed 7 days ago to say I was feeling a little ignored. Still no response and I don't think I'm getting one. I have noticed however that they find the time to respond to these reviews. Just to add, this is not intended to be a scathing review, but if there are issues with your order you may or may not have a difficult time in getting that resolved, as I haven't personally been able to access their customer service. If they do come back to make my order right I will happily update this post, because I would likely be a return customer if they do, having found they stock such a range of these products. 12/12/23 - Update - Thank you Ruba for escalating this case to your customer services team who were going to be contacting me shortly for immediate action. Its been 6 days and no one's reached out to me yet. You mention in your response that I can contact you directly if I have any concerns. Could you please provide your direct contact details. Emails to the orders mailbox are not being responded to, a central part of my review. 20/12/23 - Update - It has now been 2 weeks since Greens Essentials publicly posted their response offering an expedited refund. I have not heard from them, nor received a refund. Might I suggest that efforts are focussed on the mailbox and addressing issues raised in there rather than on responding to public Google reviews. It gives the image you are addressing issues with orders when that is really not the case.

   First time I order from you. Ordered last Wednesday. Paid for next day delivery to wait a week for my order. It was my son's birthday presents. The order came today. Was not packed very well missing a bottle of prime lso.
