Pleasant, helpful and polite service. Sort out prescriptions efficiently. I moved here as my nominated pharmacy and have no regrets, even though a bit further away.
Very unprofessional, I have to ring 5 times for delivery and never got it in the same day as I promised, then they delivered to my neighbour. I never give them consent to give the drugs to my neighbours, the bag has my information and they Keysafe code + I don’t know my neighbours they recently moved. When I call the pharmacy they took me off the delivery service and asked me to find someone to pick up or change the pharmacy.
Staff is very helpful , always gives the extra advice when you buy something over the counter .The lady dispenser is very professional and knoledgeable. Happy with the overall service!
Bit hit and miss with this pharmacy. Same questions every time you go, no sense of recall. I'm on the verge of requesting my prescription by post because they are not at all 'present'. You could go there regularly and yet they are unable to recall frequent customers which is a necessary part of great customer service. Easily improved if there's a will to.
Store needs a face-lift and a little better customer service. Otherwise good, well stocked and reasonably priced
I waited 10 days for my sons medication, as it had to be ordered in. I called back my self to see what’s going on, just to be informed that they can’t get this medication in and no one bothered to give me a call to let me know that. Now I have to be without medication for my son for another week or so to get it from another pharmacy. Very disappointed with the service. Will not go back there again. If I could give 0 start that’s what they would have got.
