I got two items and when I arrived at the till to pay they were more than double the price. I'm sure they will trick some people with this but that's unacceptable.
I purchased a stick oil diffuser with oil and additional different oil, when returning home, they both smelt like pee, After 24 hours, the bathroom smells disgusting. I won't be buying anything from this place.
Love the garden centre here, purchased shingle, gravel, plants and garden ornaments from here for a very good price too. Great parking directly outside and big trolleys can be used to transport purchases. Very helpful staff and even customer toilets inside. Garden centre is accessible through the Range store.

Brilliant in one way, rubbish in another! The woman on the till was work shy, which affected the queue. She made people wait while checking something on her phone. Sent me to customer care because she'd need to type the code in for my timber, rather than turning the wood over where the barcode was. Conversely, customer services were great. I needed for of something to qualify for discount, but they only had three in stock. She organised it so I didn't lose out and was really good about it.
Very good store. Good choice. Good prices and offers. Free parking. Helpful staff. Whats not to like.
A good sized branch,it has everything you'd expect in a Homebase. I was particularly impressed with the selection of garden furniture on display. It wasn't too busy when I went there, but that is a good thing in my book. A nice relaxing place to visit, even if you are just browsing.
Very well stocked for late Friday night and very knowledgeable and helpful staff, provided excellent help, advice, plus above and beyond assistance
One of the best Homebase stores I have ever been
Plenty of staff on hand to offer advice and help you find items. Waits at the till are usually reasonable and there is a decent range of items. The prices are reasonable but not as cheap as Selco or sometimes Wickes locally but those stores are more for builders and so the finishing/quality is better at Homebase in my opinion. They also have their own toilets on site, including disabled ones.
