I took my car a Toyota Auris in yesterday with the EML on saying DPF fault . Steve said if he couldn’t fix the issue he wouldn’t charge me. I can’t recommend Steve enough and he will definitely my first point of call if I have any future issues.

I travelled quite a way from home to the carbon centre but glad I did because Steve is a top man and he's very knowledgeable and helpful. He sussed out the issue within 2 minutes and suggested I got my glowplug replaced before attempting to fix the DPF problem. I did that and brought the car back to him and he fixed it on the same day. He even asked for me to come back the following week to check everything is as it should be. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Much appreciated I'll be coming back here again with any other issues in the future.
Excellent service again today, I called this morning and was invited down for a free diagnostic, fault fixed within an hour of me turning up… less than 2 hours from my original call. Second time I have been and the service has been amazing every time. Extremely honest and the prices are unbelievably good,I got fault fixed for cheaper than most garages charge just for plugging it in. Thanks Carbon Centre
Right where to start. I had a break down and the AA advised this company as the fault code was dpf related my car arrived on Saturday. And as they were closed Sunday I got a call Monday saying they had got my car and it will be ready the same day. Honestly the best in the business the customer care is fantastic. They even show you a video of your part being cleaned and the amount of debris that comes out is shocking I can't rate this company any higher my car went from over revving and in limp mode with the engine management light and service light on to driving like its brand new. Top job and thanks again.
I called more garages than I care to remember trying to find someone to help with a fault on my car. Managed to speak to Steve who was not only very friendly but incredibly knowledgable. He gave excellent advice, was more than helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate in seeking his assistance in future. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
I decided to go and see these guys today after reading reviews on here . I wanted someone who knew their stuff and wouldn't rip me off. Spoke to Steve gave me advise as I went to get the dpf cleaned. He said I didn't need to have it done and that it would be another problem. Alot of company's would have just done it anyway so appreciate his honesty. 100% would feel comfortable going back to use this company in future. Great to see there is decent people / company's around.
A huge thanks to Steve for the excellent service he offered me. I recently had a DPF warning light appear on my dashboard. I contacted Steve and he offered to do a free diagnostic on my car to see what the issue was with my DPF. Following the diagnostic, Steve explained what was wrong and what options I had. I opted to have my DPF cleaned by Steve. Steve was kind enough to even send me a quick video of the cleaning process. Since collecting my car back, it feels much smoother to drive and the problem appears to have been resolved. Steve was extremely professional through the whole process and very friendly to deal with.
I wanted to get the DPF taken off and cleaned, but Steve told me to bring the car around and he will check it, he agreed to check it even on a Saturday while he was closed! He came down, checked the car, told me that it doesn’t need doing at the moment! A very professional and polite guy, thumbs up… thank you so much for going out of the way for me! Even though I didn’t got the service done but I’ll recommend these guys for DPF clean for sure…
