   I visited H Samuel in Ashton-under-Lyne on two occasions, firstly to have my ears pierced, which was carried out professionally by Ann who was absolutely brilliant, I then purchased my first stud earrings served by Amanda who couldn't do enough to make sure I saw everything available and eventually I left very happy. I then paid a second visit served this time by Ann, and after giving her some idea as to what I wanted, asking for her advice also she patiently helped me choose my further two sets of earrings and I left extremely delighted not only with the design and quality of my purchases but the final price. I would definitely recommend the Ashton-under-Lyne branch of H. Samuels if you are served by Ann and Amanda.

   Bought new watch after damaging my watch at work. Staff did not help setup new watch when Bought. Not able to setup time and date on new digital watch. Returned two hours later for full refund. Very poor initial level of service. Returns process was very good.

   Jewelry is not as good as it used to be watches are brilliant still also have a Harry potter range of jewelry now very expensive but not bad all round I suppose nice to get little memory Jewelry and memory books etc it's been their for a long time now I think it could do with a revamp....
