   If you’re looking for amazing jewellery at great prices and want the best customer services ever then I highly recommend the store at Ashton-under-lyne! Georgina and Lisa are both absolutely amazing ladies!! Always ready to assist with warm welcoming smiles and always go above and beyond! They are super friendly, well mannered, very professional and extremely helpful. They make shopping so much fun! And defo bring the whole ‘shopping experience’ to a new level! These ladies are defo a credit to warren James! xx

   Came to warren James today with the engagement ring my partner bought from me there. The ring needed to be sized 3 sizes down which we understood was a difficult job! Anna and Lisa the lovely ladies who worked there went above and beyond to get my ring sorted and sent off to the correct person for the job. I walked away with much confidence and happiness with trust in these ladies! Would highly recommend if anybody do is looking for a ring and if the ring needs any further work!    Went in to get ring fixed and cleaned which was purchased from Warren James only in 2015, second time it's needed fixing, and was advised to go to a backstreet jewelers who could do it day as she goes herself and they would match the price. Went to see and no it was nearly double,

   Today I purchased a bracelet from The Arcade Shopping Centre, Ashton U Lyne. I was greeted cheerfully by a lovely young man. He was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The way he presented the goods helped me decide on my purchase. It wasn’t expensive but I felt it didn’t matter if I was spending a few pounds or a few thousand pound I was still treated like a valued customer. I would just like to say well done with your choice of staff. Good luck to this young man with his future career. The bracelet was worth every penny.
