Creating a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere that made browsing a true pleasure. As I waited, I was offered a chilled glass of prosecco, which was such a thoughtful touch and added to the sense of occasion. The store itself is beautifully presented, with a stunning selection of high-quality jewellery that caters to every taste, from timeless classics to modern statement pieces. A special shout-out goes to Callum, the sales advisor who truly went above and beyond. His professionalism, product knowledge, and personable approach made the experience feel valued as a customer. He listened attentively, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I felt confident and cared for throughout. If you're looking for exceptional service, exquisite jewellery, and a touch of sparkle in your day, I can't recommend Beaverbrooks Stockport enough. I’ll definitely be returning!

   I came in this morning for mine and my husband’s wedding rings to be cleaned. Such a lovely welcome and when I collected as my husband wasn’t with me at the time the gentleman popped his ring in a box. 100/10 customer service thank you again this is the reason why we always come to you.

   We went to Beaverbrooks in Stockport to choose a Mother's Day gift, when we walked into the store we received a really warm welcome from a couple of really lovely ladies. Erika looked after us during our visit and she was absolutely fantastic, she had been with the team for just 3 weeks but you wouldn't of thought that at all. She was very informative on the bracelets I was looking at and help me pick the one I eventually purchased. There was no rush during the process we were offered a seat and asked whether we'd like a tea, coffee, Prosecco or Beer which was a lovely gesture. I honestly can't fault the staff in store they were lovely and it felt like family they just gelled really well. When I got my purchase home I noticed that Erika had actually signed the gift tag on the bag my bracelet was in from my dog 'Manx' as the item of jewellery was to me from him for Mother's Day (his favourite hoooooman). Thanks to the whole team at Beaverbrooks but in particular Erika and not forgetting Dee who also looked after us and had the time to chat to us. I'll definately be shopping with you again. Thank you.    Went in today with my wife to purchase a TAG heuer watch for my 50th. The customer service is another level from anything I’ve ever experienced, Dan was the member of staff who served us he definitely knew his stuff, it was a great experience he made us feel so welcome & nothing was rushed. He explained everything to us & let me try lots of variations on & nothing was pushed or forced onto us. What a great shop you don’t get this level of service anywhere & there is a lot to be said about shopping online. Will definitely return to this shop again. Thank you to all the staff.

   Such a lovely experience today, was taken to a little seating area to view what I liked and offered a drink, all staff were so friendly, they accidentally broke an item I was going to buy, so offered me price match discount for the next item I chose (£5 discount).
