Just got my 2nd helix done with Lily. She was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to make sure it lined up perfectly. 10/10. Amazing girlie. My other piercings from here have healed great.

Had a really great experience today when I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. She really wanted to have them pierced but felt very nervous about it. The lady who provided the service couldn’t have been nicer. She was warm and reassuring and very patient with her. The service was excellent. There was a good choice of earrings and the price was really good value. Would highly recommend, thank you for today!

Went in and was approached by Vicky who assisted me in picking out the perfect items for myself. She informed me about protecting the jewellery against any damage but wasn’t pushy about this like other sales people can be. I decided to go for the insurance as it seemed daft not too. Leah who also works in the store helped me choose the correct items and was just as helpful. Both a credit to the company and deserve all the praise in the world as the store was busy. 10/10 customer service
