   Paul is a Diamond! We took my wife’s engagement ring to Paul David Jewellery after a larger chain told us the damage couldn’t be repaired. Paul immediately put us at ease and had no concerns about fixing it. True to his word, within 24 hours the ring was beautifully repaired, and both the engagement ring and wedding ring were also resized and replated. The care and respect shown for something with such huge sentimental value really stood out. Thank you to Paul and the sales assistants for their professionalism, kindness, and support throughout.    I recently had the most special piece of jewellery made by Paul David Jewellery – a custom-made ashes ring in memory of my mum. From the moment I walked in, the experience was both professional and deeply personal. Alison was incredibly kind and helpful. I had spotted a few rings in the window that caught my eye, and she took the time to show them to me and talk through the different styles. One trilogy ring, in particular, stood out, and Alison explained that they could create a bespoke piece based on that design with a setting of my choice. Paul did an amazing job bringing it to life. The result is beyond anything I imagined – a beautiful gold ring that incorporates some of my mum’s ashes. They designed a small gold box, seamlessly built into the band, to hold the ashes. It’s such a subtle and elegant touch, and it means the world to me to have something so personal and meaningful to wear every day. I can't thank Paul and Alison enough for their care, creativity, and compassion throughout the whole process. This ring is more than just jewellery – it’s a lasting memory of my mum, crafted with love and skill. Highly recommended.
