Terrible, very rude and ‘Howard’ wouldn’t do this or do that. Typical upper/ middle class snobbery from a Jeweller. Lost out On X2 business from us on that basis. Awful service avoid at all costs

Just bought a pair of opal earrings to match a pendant bought as a Xmas present. Owners couldn't have been more helpful, really take their time in showing you options and letting you make your own mind up. Even had some new earring backs to ensure they can't be lost. Highly recommended, and will continue to use. Even witnessed the owner 'repair' a carriage clock that just needed the connections cleaning FOC, another shop would have easily charged for the same 'repair'
Had I nightmare lost the diamond out of my ring and luckily found it . The team at Skupham , Repaired it in 48 hours and back with me and it looks beautiful .I Would highly recommend this Jewellers. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service
