   Great, I paid for my wood panels online then came to collect from the store. I gave the guy my printout and he collect my wood and loaded it in my van. Excellent service and much cheaper panels then either Selco, Wickes or B&Q. Recommended!

   Bought some wooden skirting. They didn’t have enough length in stock, but were able to source from another branch and deliver. From initial telephone call and chat with Emma to going to the branch and talking to Dan and delivery by Luke, the whole experience was a real pleasure. Definitely will be buying a lot more stuff from them in the future for my DIY projects. Real nice friendly team.

   AVOID THIS TRAVIS PERKINS AT ALL COSTS!!! They have taken a deposit from my card for a tool hire and are refusing to give it back, people there are intimidating and rude and there is nobody to speak too about this.

   Ewa & Georgia @ the Ruislip store today did an amazing service with my order. They were very courteous and went out of the way to help me decide on certain items which i had no clue. Even though the store was busy and with minimum staffs' @ site they ensure every customer left the store happy and content with their orders. I'd always happily go to this store again for my household items. Amazing staffs and an exemplary customer service.
