   I’m really disappointed with the service I received at Pandora Stockport. I visited the store to have my two-week-old bracelet looked at because it had already started to discolour. Instead of being helped, I was met with attitude from the young staff member who served me. When I explained the issue, she made it sound as though it was somehow my fault, which was frustrating and unnecessary. She then called the manager over, who told me it was “just product on it” and tried to wipe it off — but the mark didn’t come off. At that point, I felt so uncomfortable with the way I was being spoken to that I had to walk out before I ended up being rude back. It was clear they didn’t want to help and were more focused on blaming me than resolving the issue. Overall, a really disappointing experience. I expected better customer service, especially for a product that was so new.

   Great experience. Served by Emily, she was very patient and helpful. I returned to exchange an item and anthony served me, he was lovely too. The shop is clean and the staff were working hard to deal with people efficiently. It clearly gets very busy. My kids were made to feel welcome too.

   I love Pandora jewellery for the first 4 months but then they go so dull and discoloured. I have the cleaning kit and still my whole necklace, even the back where I do not spray perfume, is just discoloured and had no shine at all. Gorgeous designs but they do not last!

   Usual high standard jewellery with a great selection. Marked down because I got the trainee. I'm always willing to give people an opportunity, so was happy to be served by her. However I got the distinct impression she needed to be somewhere else. No smile or can I help. You usually get chatted to and further recommendations which generally means you ending up spending more. Not this time I just got anything else very abruptly. When paying I accidentally caught the wrong button. The education lesson followed made me feel like a 5 year old. Left feeling annoyed that I had given them my business.
