I went to the Sunbury branch for some special bricks only wanted a few to finish a small repair staff were friendly and helpful would happily visit again if needed

I have never encountered such rude staff, one in particular. As I was waiting to be served in the warehouse area after paying for a board. No one was there and after waiting for a while I draw staffs attention through the door from warehouse to the office. One of the staff came out and told me 'don't open the door again.' I told him that I was waiting for a while - answer to which from him was that I should wait more. He then started to swear at me. He was in a rage which scared me. I hurried back to the office and I formed the other staff there. Never again!!! I never had staff swearing at me!!!! Why!!

This is the worst travis around. So many lazy staff who avoid you so they don't have to pick your stuff. I waited half an hour with the guys laughing at four of us waiting. One bloke on a forklift. Eventually Zoe from customer services came out and they ask disappeared like rats in a flood avoid her. Useless Avoid
Not enough stock in the shop, the staff outside are useless. Went there to buy some plasterboard and other stuff and 4 of them sitting around forklift chatting and making jokes and when i tell them i need something they told me they are all busy, one of them started serving someone in front of me and after 15min of waiting i left. I’ve been in this shope few times now and always but always they ran out of products or don’t have it. I will avoid from now on.
Service was great in store but...the point of reserving and paying for items online for collection is to save time. My order, 2 hours after buying online, had not been picked and I had to help the salesman find the items off the shelf. I don’t have this problem with other companies such as Screwfix
Went to TP with the intention of buying Laser Level, and had seen deal online. Went there and they knew nothing about it, but went out of their way to find out and ensured that they saw online is what I got, and was happy ! GREAT, Friendly staff, cannot praise them enough, Customer Care to the for front, 11/10. Well done and thankyou
