   As a result of an accident with my Toyota Yaris, I chose to have it repaired at RRG Bolton. The staff involved in particular Lorraine, were excellent in explaining what needed doing and patient with my lack of understanding! The car was taken from my home on a low loader and returned within a much shorter time than they predicted . It was repaired to a veery high standard and finally had been given a the highest level of cleaning! I would highly recommend RRG ! Mrs Brockbank

   Excellent Service – Highly Recommend! After a stressful car accident, the team at RRG Accident Repair Centre Bolton — especially Lorraine and Joanne — made everything much easier. They were understanding, explained the process clearly and handled all communication with the insurance company. I felt reassured and supported throughout. Lorraine followed up regularly and provided prompt, professional help. Both she and Joanne were friendly, approachable and truly cared. The repair took a little time, but it was worth it — my car looks like the accident never happened. Excellent workmanship and fantastic service. Highly recommended!

   Appreciate the brilliant explanation from Joanne and Andy, they give me peace of mind to have the car collected from the house to the site. Getting involved in a collision is definitely overwhelming enough, I was grateful I reached out to the RRG Accident Repair Center, asking for advice and have them spectating the damage, so that repairs can be carried out promptly. Absolutely satisfied with the incredible results, getting the car back after the long wait, and seeing it in an unbelievably high standard of repairs finishing. Kudos to the team that put the effort and time to produce such amazing quality.

   I bought my car from RRG and after a crash, I wanted it repaired by them as they are an approved Toyota repair centre, I can't recommend RRG Accident Repair Centre enough, customer service from start to finish was excellent, from booking my car in to having it collected, repaired and returned, looks good as new!

   Excellent all round service from this company after a recent accident. Our Toyota Chr car was new in January this year and sadly damaged in March. Our insurance company's recommended body repair shops were unable to effect any repairs until July ! This was unacceptable in our view. Our preferred option was always to have it repaired by the main dealer from whom we had purchased the car and knew they could do the work in a much quicker time frame at their purpose built and well equipped RRG body shop in Bolton. With the help of their engineer, Martin, we eventually got Aviva to agree to the repairs being done there. The work was done whilst we were away on holiday and not only did RRG collect the car, they also delivered it back to us on our return from the holiday. The quality of repair they carried out is absolutely first class. The car is back to its brand new condition and you are unable to tell that any work was done. If we had been forced to await for the insurance companies own recommended repairers to do the work we would still be waiting now and for another month to come !!
