5 stars are not enough to reflect how amazing the service was at Grade A jewellery. I had a few piece's of old broken jewellery that was no good anymore. I took them to Grade A Jewellery and they melted it all down for me and created 3 beautiful bangels. These bangels will become a family heirloom for generations to come. Took my necklace to get the snapped chain fixed, very good price, only cost me £15 while H.Samuel quoted me £65. Repaired it the same week and did a lovely job, necklace looks like new. Thank you so much ☺️
I had a ring made with my brothers ashes. The ring is absolutely beautiful it is exactly what I wanted. The service was great, Spencer brought the ring to my house because I couldn't get back. I will definately go back there and recommened the shop.

Had 2 broken rings made into one gorgeous engagement ring . Spencer is fabulous ... even dropped it off for me at my workplace to save me going back to the shop. He used 6 diamonds out of my old rings reset them in a bespoke new design . Brilliant
