Been using the club since my husband passed . It has been my life line being on my own people are so friendly and staff and committee second to none ..I feel safe it's like home from home for me The atmosphere and the shows they put on are great if you want a great place to socialise this is the place for you couples singles or families just great ....
I joined just over a year ago. It took me a while to feel comfortable and understand what the club is about. Tony summed it up for me a few days ago…in his words “these high tables are the friendly tables and anyone on their own are welcome to join us” I realised it was me being nervous on my own and not reaching out to other members. All the staff are lovely and all members are super proud of their well maintained and clean club. It’s great to feel comfortable and not having to hold my bag or coat close,
My Father is a member of the club. I have visited on a few occasions. The club has 6 full size snooker tables. Different events. Skittles ,quiz night, live entertainment. The club is available for private events.Very friendly and relaxed
Originally visited the club for a birthday and anniversary party. Ann made us very welcome and all the team on the night were wonderful. We then became members and have seen some great tribute acts and had some fun evenings at beer and skittles, quiz and Christmas events. Would recommend anyone to become a member of this club Stan Bates
Great social club with regular events for members. The snooker room has 6 high quality tables and there are several teams playing in the leagues. A lovely lounge bar which is also available for private hire.

Booked the club for a family party. Ann and the team were fantastic. The caterers also recommended by the club provided a great selection of fresh food which went down well with the family. Would certainly recommend.
I was only here for a few hours for a funeral but it was nice and comfortable, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
It's okay, clean and tidy. Would like the windows to be opened where possible. Hand sanitizers well placed and covid 19 posters around the building
Husband plays snooker here. They have quite alot of entertainment put on. Decent place to hold a party; if you're a member. Drink prices excellent for members. Staff very pleasant.
