   I have to admit I was very nervous and cautious about sending a water damaged TAG 2000 watch away for repair, however even after a few weeks longer (totaling about 2 months which was making me nervous), I have to report that the watch was returned in a professional package and is now looking great, as the watch wasn't just repaired it was also polished and cleaned back to looking better than it has for many years (its about 25 years old). Overall I am happy with the repair and even having read a small % of customers who had issues, I can happily report that I am really happy with the quality of the repair and the spruced up look of the case and bracelet. Good job!

   I have had RbP mend several watches over time and recommend them. The website explains the quotation and posting process clearly; prices are comparable to other horologists but can you find one. The cost is a one off- no contract. Customer loyalty earns a future discount. Unfortunately, this time there was a very long wait from sending to return-six months. I got in touch and was given an explanation. Fortunately, I could get along without my watches but I was disappointed that RbP didn't take the initiative to let me know what was going on. Hence 4 not 5 stars. All is well now. My watches are as good as new and despite the delay etc or perhaps because it was explained openly I will continue to use and highly recommend RbP.

Easy to arrange - they set up postage and everything for you - repairs were done and the watch fully serviced. Returned by post, extremely well packaged. Included details o repair and full care instructions.

   I was obviously nervous about sending an expensive watch away by post but couldn’t be happier with the service. Very professional and prompt from start to finish. Always kept up to date or just an email away. My watch returned in better condition than i expected after a repair to the bezel. Great service for a reasonable price, 5 ⭐️’s from me.
