   Got TP Leatherhead to deliver 9 bulk bags of soil for a raised bed project. Very easy to deal with from start to finish. The driver put the bags exactly where I wanted via crane offload, no messing about with palettes etc. Also found the instore experience and tool hire very good. Will use again in future.

   Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I tried over the course of 24 hours with 2 emails and 3 phone calls to place a simple order for some joists. The emails were ignored (despite being told to do this by the lady) and was met each time on the phone by a rude lady who should not be allowed anywhere near customers with an attitude like that. Literally couldn't give them my money today, nor will I ever again after today. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere, Epsom branch were much more helpful.
