   I recently left a solitaire ring with Bescoby Jewellers for repair as the diamond had fallen out and I'm so pleased with the work they've done. It's been beautifully reset and polished and looks wonderful again. The service was exceptional, really quick and reasonably priced, there's even a free car park nearby so it's easy to call in. Can't thank them enough. I'll use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

   Horrible customer service, took my ring for three weeks and couldn’t estimate a simple job. Bescobys came to me highly recommend. But unfortunately I received appalling customer service. In total I waited 3 weeks for an estimate! I drop my ring off, it needed a gem glueing in, that is it. I was told they would call me back with an estimate. I don’t hear anything for a week. So I call them and asked how long it will be. They said they didn’t know but they will chase it up and call me back. I don’t hear any from them and I call them, again, a week later for the same story ! I gave them one more week and still on week three they didn’t call me back with an estimate! So I went in to get my ring back, to be told the jeweller had looked at my ring and had locked it in the safe. So I had to come back another day! However, despite the jeweller looking at the ring, they still didn’t have an estimate!

   This is a brilliant jewellers, I have had my engagement ring resized here and also recently had the claws repaired on it too. Very reasonably priced and the staff are really helpful, would definitely recommend for any jewellery repairs.
