   We had the most wonderful experience with Harvey the Jewellers. My mum and I had two custom rings made using jewellery from my father, who sadly passed away, and the whole process was incredibly meaningful from start to finish. The designs that were created were thoughtful, unique, and beautifully done, perfectly honouring the original rings while transforming them into something truly special. The finished rings are absolutely stunning – we couldn’t be happier with how beautiful they turned out. The level of professionalism throughout was outstanding, and at the same time the experience felt very personal and caring. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and understanding, which made what could have been an emotional process feel comforting and positive. We are so grateful to Harvey the Jewellers for their craftsmanship, sensitivity, and attention to detail.    Just wow. This business goes above and beyond for their customers amazing first class personal customer service with prompt replies. I had a ring custom made and they delivered beyond my expectations. With every step of the process explained to me. Felt hesitant to buy online but i shouldn’t have. Will use again and highly recommend to others. Especially Lisa - she was super helpful and even sent a personalised card with the ring as she knew it was my birthday.

   Harvey’s is the best jewellers around. My family have shopped here for many years, so I knew I wanted my wedding rings made by Harvey’s. All the staff are wonderful, very knowledgeable and always happy to help you. The process in choosing my eternity ring was very straightforward and thorough, and I’d like to thank the entire workshop for their outstanding craftsmanship. Harvey kept me up to date with the process and ensured the ring was ready before our anniversary. The aftercare provided is always excellent and I regularly return to have my jewellery cleaned and polished. We highly recommend Harvey’s the jewellers.

   Wow, I can only say amazing things about Harvey and his team and how excellent their products and customer service is! My husband and I had our wedding rings made by the team and we have also had some other purchases from the jewellers. The quality is impeccable and customer service is well worth the visit. Harvey personally helped us to design and create our perfect wedding bands and we met every couple of weeks throughout the process to obtain updates and also to see the rings and try them on at each stage of production. The service is honestly second to none and we were so grateful for the experience as it was such a special occasion for us.    Had the Pleasure of meeting Lisa & Harvey at a wedding fayre from there we decided to purchase our rings from them. Lisa designed my ring to fit perfectly with my engagement ring. We were kept informed at every stage of the design and making of the ring. I also purchased my Husband-to-b ring from them. Another beautiful handmade plain band ring. Service was extremely professional and Very friendly Craftsmanship fantastic, highly skilled Can’t thank them enough, especially Lisa, and All their staff. I secretly purchased a watch and had it engraved, all the staff kept my secret. Amazing

   We've used Harvey's a few times over the years for jewellery and always found them to be both reasonable on prices and knowledgable on their products. I recently bought a bracelet which proved too long, so had a custom necklace made from the excess by their in-house jeweller which is an excellent service offered by them. In addition to the usual sales, they also offer a valuation service (free for goods purchased from them) and also a cleaning service (again free for goods purchased from them). Would recommend to anyone.

   I can't fault Harvey's they are absolutely amazing. We brought in some heirlooms from my mother in law, and also my grandmother's ring to be altered, so we'd have a bespoke engagement ring to sit on top of my grandmothers. I couldn't have thought of a better design if I tried. Fantastic service through and through.

   I was experiencing problems with a diamond ring and took it to Harveys for repair. After considering my options I decided to have a new ring made using the diamonds from the old ring and Harvey produced 2 designs for me to choose from. 4 weeks later I returned to the shop to pick my new ring up. To say I was surprised is an understatement. The quality of the workmanship from the workshop staff was superb and I'd like to include them in this review in recognition of their involvement in producing the best ring I've ever owned. Harvey was, of course, really helpful with advice and guidance and the service was second to none.

   Some years ago, I had a pendant made for my wife, using the stones from the engagement rings of my mother, grandmother and great grandmother. I also gave her a pair of blue diamond stud earrings on our wedding day. Sadly, both pendant and earrings went missing some 18 months ago. I approached Lisa Morgan at Harvey’s the Jewellers to ask if she might be able to make replacements, which would of course be completely bespoke. Thankfully she agreed. I gave her an outline description of the original jewellery and a rough sketch of the pendant. Lisa converted these into detailed drawings of the pieces she proposed to make. The designs were absolutely in line with what I had in my mind, but far more sophisticated and subtle. Harvey’s are founder members of the TJH Buying Group, a consortium of some forty independent jewellers who are able to use their combined purchasing power to secure excellent prices when buying precious stones and metal. I was favourably surprised when Lisa gave me her quote to buy the diamonds and make the pieces. The stones are high quality (S1 – eye clean) and three of them are blue diamonds. I had an opportunity to see the stones set in wax moulds before giving the go-ahead to produce the final versions, set in platinum. The manufacturing process was swifter than I had expected; less than three weeks overall, which I felt was very good for completely bespoke items. I was kept up to speed on progress along the way; service was excellent throughout. The joy and excitement when my wife opened the box on her birthday were immense! I cannot recommend Harvey’s the Jewellers highly enough. In particular, Lisa’s design capability was excellent. She managed to convert my description of the original items into similar but far more stylish pieces, which she achieved at a very good price.
