   Worse customer experience you can come across. The 2 older ladies in there do not know the definition of manners or service with a smile. Huffing and puffing at the slightest questions/queries. Avoid this place at all costs.

   Truly disappointing experience at this jewellery store when we brought in a sentimental piece hoping to get it repaired. Instead of offering helpful advice or showing any empathy, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. It’s heartbreaking when something so personal is treated with such disregard. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re looking for respectful and considerate service. There are plenty of other jewelers who understand the value of sentiment.

   My wife's 6 piece Puzzle Ring needed re assembly. Having been unsuccesful at more than a dozen Jewellers in the Westcountry whilst visiting our daughter took the ring to Masseys. Amazed at the Service we received. The ring was available within 24 hours and looked Brand New. Fully restored. We are VERY VERY grateful.

   I had two rings resized. The service was very quick and the rings looked like brand new when I picked them up. They were helpful with guiding me towards my correct size and also provided extra information to explain why the fees for each ring were different due to the current value of the two metals, which I appreciated.

   Rude, arrogant and condescending. I had my mum's ring that I'd had valued at £4000 at another jewellers about 4 years ago. I understand that valuation is not the resale value. The owner just tossed the ring back at me and said he'd give me £350. He was so rude in his delivery and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never go back there again.
