   Absolutely amazing experience at Lily Arkwright! From the moment we walked into the building, we were greeted so warmly and felt comfortable straight away! A great variety of rings at great prices! The experience was really special, felt bespoke to us and made us feel special! Klaudia was so attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions with patience and shared her knowledge/advice which we highly appreciated!    As a surprise for my 80th birthday, my wonderful grandson, Joseph, took me from the midlands to Lily Arkwright in Manchester, to buy me a ring. He knew that I had always wanted a platinum ring so it was, indeed, a very special gift. Joseph was no stranger to Lily Arkwright, having bought his wife’s engagement and wedding rings from there. We arrived at the impressive looking building to be met by the lovely Klaudia, who was so kind and helpful. I chose my platinum ring, with diamonds, which arrived in the post more quickly than anticipated . I held my breath as I opened the box, hoping to goodness it fitted, and it did! It’s a perfect fit, and I absolutely love it! In conclusion, many thanks to Klaudia, and to Joseph for buying me this beautiful gift, my most treasured possession.

   I had a great experience with Lilly Arkwright and their member of staff, Katrina. I booked an appointment, was warmly welcomed and she had a selection of rings ready for me to view. I chose the Diana design and was able to upgrade to a bigger stone. Highly recommend for engagement rings, friendly service and they delivered quickly due to a flight I had booked meeting a tight deadline. Thank you Katrina and Lili Arkwright for a wonderful ring and experience. A very happy fiancée!

   I initially came across Lily Arkwright online while searching for a wedding ring for my wife. After seeing a ring I liked, I booked an appointment at the Manchester branch. I had a 15-20 minute meeting with Klaudia who was incredibly helpful in providing information on the different types of diamond rings available and I placed my order. The timescales were a little tight before the wedding and still the ring arrived with plenty of time to spare and I was constantly updated on the progress of the order. The ring was exactly as expected and my wife loved it. We revisited the branch after the wedding for a small size adjustment free of charge and also decided to have the ring engraved. Again, the service was seamless and the ring was delivered again, much earlier than the estimated arrival date. If anyone is considering a ring for a special occasion, I cannot recommend Lily Arkwright enough. Seamless from start to finish and incredible customer service - a flawless experience.

I spoke to a few jewellers about my ring, and ultimately decided to go with Lily Arkwright because the service seemed great. My contact was Jennifer and I was also in touch with Kate on occasions. The team fully understood and appreciated what I wanted, and were fully transparent throughout. The design process was super detailed and the team were incredibly flexible and helpful. I would 100% recommend ordering bespoke from Lily Arkwright. Communication was prompt and frequent, nothing was assumed, and advice and guidance was given when asked - absolutely perfect.
