Had to get a windscreen repair after a stone chip, saw all the positive reviews for Bridgewater windscreens and decided to give them a try, very helpful and friendly and a superb service . They repaired the screen very quickly on a Saturday morning, superb job , very happy. If we ever need any repairs or a windscreen in the future we will be straight back to these guys.
Callum and his colleague fitted a front passenger window on my corsa after it had been smashed. The lads called me to let me know they were 30 mins away, they arrived and had the job done to a fantastic standard within 10 minutes. I will 100% use again in the future and recommend to all who require. 10/10
Absolutely fantastic experience top to bottom. Had my passenger side window replaced after a break in. They booked me in quicker than any other company had offered and was the best price. With temperatures at -10C and a shattered rear windscreen all the national companies were advising a 5 to 9 day waiting list for fitting at home. Argh! Then, Julie from Bridgewater returned my call and my depression instantly evaporated. Her quick discussion with the office manager arranged a technician to visit in 2 hours !!!! Brilliant, flexible, organisational skills. Well done Julie. The young Technician, Reece, was superb - impressive skills and work and, equally importantly, an exemplary customer service attitude.
