   I needed a new battery for my watch, and went to this shop as it was close by. My battery was fitted immediately, and it was even pointed out to me that the previous one had been installed incorrectly - they obviously know what they're doing here! I was in and out of the shop within a few minutes, and the cost was only £5. I now know where to go if I have any future issues with my watch! Thoroughly recommended.

   After trying 2 other shops, I took a bracelet into this jewellers which I wanted extending for my sons 16th. It is a family heirloom and very special. The two previous shops had said categorically nothing could be done, so I gave it one last try here. The ladies were unbelievably helpful and caring, understanding why it was important to get this bracelet extended and keep it in the family. They came up with an amazing solution and had it sent away, extended and back within a week. All this at a fantastic cost. In short, this jewellers go the extra mile to help their customers. I can't speak highly enough of them- Thankyou!

   Looking for a place that was local rather that facing a trek in to town and found this gem of a place. Wanted a ring resizing and the lady serving me was very friendly and helpful. Left for repair and it came back like new and a week before I expected. Highly recommended and excellent service from start to finish.

   I took in a simple and incredibly sentimental bracelet that was starting to break. They sent it away to be fixed and it was back within a week and looks better than I could have imagined. I didn't mind if it was fixed "messily" because of how sentimental it is, but you couldn't even tell it was ever broken, it was so well fixed! The attendees in the shop were extremely helpful and very polite. I would definitely come here again!

   The shop is within walking distance from where I work, so decided to pop in for a quote. Had caught my engagement ring in the freezer drawer! It was one mishap too far and the stone popped out of the claws. Utterly devastated I sought advice from a lovely lady who advised me the ring would be sent off for a free estimate and costing for the work. They didn’t disappoint. I received a text with a price and a time, if I was happy to go ahead, when my ring would be ready. It looks like new! I’m certain it has been cleaned and the small repair has been flawless. Cant thank the staff enough. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you so much. X
