   Excellent service from the team. Had a ring set resized, re-dipped and cleaned and they came back fitting perfectly, looking brand new. Took around 2 weeks in total which was less than I originally expected considering they told me they were busy! The team are quick to respond and you can clearly see the hard work and dedication they have for their craft in their work. Would definitely use them again and recommend over big chain jewellers where family have had rings end up lost or broken.

   Excellent craftsmanship and friendly, helpful customer service from Gary. I took my 45 year old engagement ring to be repaired as one of the diamonds had fallen out. Gary explained exactly how he would be able to repair it as well as cleaning and rhodium plating two other diamond rings. I am delighted with all three rings which now look pristine and hope will have many more years of wearing them. I shall definitely be recommending them to anyone needing jewellery repairs by expert craftsmen at reasonable prices.
